Outplay partners with Into Games

Supporting the wider games industry has always been important to us, and over the last year we've continued to look for ways to share knowledge, create opportunities, and help aspiring developers take their first steps into the industry.

We are delighted to have partnered with Into Games who deliver initiatives designed to make the games industry more accessible for people from low income backgrounds to understand the range of career opportunities available within game development. Through workshops, talks, and Outplayer-led participation, our teams have been able to share their experiences and showcase the pathways available into the industry.

Most recently, members of the team visited local high schools to provide mentoring, career guidance, and game design sessions to help individuals develop their skills and build confidence as they progress towards games careers.

Whether through mentoring, education, careers outreach, or industry programmes, we're proud to play a small part in supporting the future of games development and helping the next generation of talent thrive.
